1. Lesson Payments
Accepted Payment Methods:
Payment must be made via Bank Transfer or Cash only; cheques are not accepted.
2. Test Bookings
A minimum of 30 days’ advance notice is required for any practical test bookings. If a test is booked with less than 30 days’ notice, an assessment lesson will be required first. The instructor will then determine whether the pupil is test-ready. Flex Driving Academy LTD reserves the right to decline test accompaniment if the pupil is not deemed ready.
3. Prepaid Lessons
Any prepaid lessons or packages not used within six (6) months from the date of payment will be voided and non-refundable. It is the pupil’s responsibility to schedule and complete lessons within this timeframe.
4. Instructor Rights and Conduct
Flex Driving Academy LTD instructors reserve the right to cancel or refuse tuition if a pupil’s behaviour is deemed rude, disrespectful, or if their actions pose a safety risk to the instructor or others. In such cases, lessons may be terminated without refund.
5. General Policy
By booking lessons with Flex Driving Academy LTD, you agree to comply with all the above terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure fairness, safety, and a professional learning environment for all students and instructors.
