1. Lesson Payments
Accepted Payment Methods:
Payment must be made via Bank Transfer or Cash only; cheques are not accepted.
2. Test Bookings
A minimum of 30 days’ advance notice is required for all practical test bookings. Where a test is arranged with less than 30 days’ notice, the pupil will be required to undertake an assessment lesson in advance. Following this assessment, the instructor will determine whether the pupil has reached the required standard to be considered test-ready.
Flex Driving Academy LTD does not automatically provide the use of a vehicle for the practical driving test. The instructor must be satisfied that the pupil’s driving ability is of a safe and competent standard before granting permission for the use of the vehicle. The company reserves the right to refuse the provision of a vehicle and/or test accompaniment where the pupil is not deemed to have met the required standard.
3. Prepaid Lessons
Any prepaid lessons or packages not used within six (6) months from the date of payment will be voided and non-refundable. It is the pupil’s responsibility to schedule and complete lessons within this timeframe.
4. Instructor Rights and Conduct
Flex Driving Academy LTD instructors reserve the right to cancel or refuse tuition if a pupil’s behaviour is deemed rude, disrespectful, or if their actions pose a safety risk to the instructor or others. In such cases, lessons may be terminated without refund.
5. General Policy
By booking lessons with Flex Driving Academy LTD, you agree to comply with all the above terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure fairness, safety, and a professional learning environment for all students and instructors.
